
Uri Adoni

Uri Adoni is an experienced venture capital investor, board member, and technology executive with over two decades of leadership across venture capital, entrepreneurship, and the global technology industry.
Uri was a Partner at Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP) for 13 years, where he invested in and supported numerous high-growth technology companies, serving on the boards of many portfolio companies. JVP is one of Israel's leading venture capital firms, with more than $1.5 billion under management and a track record of over $20 billion in exits through IPOs and acquisitions. During his tenure, Uri also played a key role in establishing Takwin VC, an innovative impact investment fund focused on creating both financial returns and meaningful social impact.
Following JVP, Uri served as a General Partner at Sanara Capital, a health-tech venture capital fund backed by Philips, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and other leading strategic and financial investors. There, he focused on identifying and supporting transformative healthcare technologies with the potential to improve patient outcomes and reshape the future of healthcare.
Before transitioning into venture capital, Uri spent seven years as CEO of Microsoft Networks (MSN) Israel, where he led the company's local operations and played a central role in expanding Microsoft's digital consumer business in Israel.
Uri is the author of The Unstoppable Startup: Mastering Israel's Secret Rules of Chutzpah, published by HarperCollins in the United States and by Tsinghua University Press in China. The book explores the unique entrepreneurial mindset that has helped make Israel one of the world's leading innovation ecosystems.
Alongside his investment activities, Uri is an active board member of Clear Sky, a philanthropic fund dedicated to strengthening the mental resilience of individuals and communities in Israel through the development and implementation of breakthrough mental health technologies.
