Asher Glynn

Asher Glynn is Head of Operations at Havilland Health. Before joining Havilland, he was Chief of Staff at a global advisory consultancy, where he worked with the senior leadership team on strategy, business development and driving operational excellence.

Before that, Asher worked in government for the Secretary of State for Health & Social Care during the Covid-19 pandemic, and as a Special Adviser to the Secretary of State for Education. He also advised a former Prime Minister on their leadership campaign, gaining first-hand experience working with senior political leaders, campaigning and decision-making under pressure.

At Havilland Health, he leads the firm’s operations, with a particular focus on technology and AI, governance and compliance, and the systems and processes that underpin the firm as it scales.
